effort is effort and if the removal of trays will make a change, why not. if you really want your tray, bring your own. just like when you go hiking in the woods, hike it in, hike it out. and the freshman 15 is not a fable! i ate way too many fries my freshman year and did gain the pounds.

I think Trayless Friday's is a fantastic idea to cut down the amount of waste students produce. As a response to the previous post by 'Angry Student' could it be that rather than remaining ignorant to environmental issues that us 'tree hugging hippies' are trying to ensure that you and all others have the right to a world that is sustainable and you have a future...I'm sorry that you feel so strongly that this is an 'incovenience'.

Trayless Friday's is a stupid idea. I want my tray. I like my tray. I bet more students oppose this move than those that are for it. Who cares if it's a trend across the nation - so is Tim Horton's and the group of people who manage this blog (or at least by the looks of it), made the very same argument AGAINST Tim's last year asking why should Acadia be the same!

What a crock of s**t.

As a current student, my observation is that this is just another demonstration of how Acadia is being convinced too much by the growing number of tree hugging hippies now occupying our university.

Noticing how the ASU didn't support this - good. At least someone has a level head.
